The Bulldogs moved on with a 3-2 win in Trenton over the Pictou County Scotians Monday night.  Nate Supryka and Will McKinnon scored short-handed for the Bulldogs to tie the game 1-1 after the opening period.

Tully Grant put the Bulldogs up 2-1, 27 seconds into the second period before Wyatt Spence tied it for Pictou.  Then with only 3:10 to go in the middle frame, Will Noramandeau scored the game and series winner for the Bulldogs.

McKinnon’s short-handed goal in the first came after the League’s top scorer in 24-25 Lane Lochead was serving a four minute minor for spearing.  Adam Tkacz did not record a shut-out but stopped 34 of 36 shots while Eli James for the Scotians turned away 36 of 39 shots.
